Terms and Conditions

1. No Reverse Engineering

The Buyer shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying technology, know-how, or design embedded in the Art Collection card.

2. No Third-Party Manufacturing

The Buyer shall not replicate, modify, or provide the Art Collection card or its design to any third party for reproduction or analysis.

3. Non-Disclosure

The Buyer agrees not to disclose any proprietary information related to the Art Collection card, including its design, technology, or craftsmanship, to any third party without the Seller's prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property and Design Rights

The design of the Art Collection card, whether custom-made based on the Buyer’s preferences and ideas or selected from the Seller’s existing collection, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller. The Buyer acquires ownership of the physical Art Collection card but does not obtain any rights to reproduce, modify, or commercially share the design without the Seller’s prior written consent. The Buyer may share images of the Art Collection card for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as on social media, provided the Seller’s name is acknowledged if requested. Any transfer of design rights must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Limited Warranty

The Art Collection card is provided with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Repair and Maintenance

Post-sale repair and maintenance services are available upon request and will be subject to additional charges unless covered by the warranty.

7. Final Sale

This sale is final and non-refundable unless the Art Collection card is found to have apparent defects upon delivery, in which case the Buyer must notify the Seller within fourteen (14) days  of receipt.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or related to this sale shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any non-public information related to the transaction, design, and production process confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the invoice and represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of the Art Collection card. No other verbal or written agreements shall alter these terms unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. By proceeding with the payment of this invoice, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
